How do I make levels in glass tank?

I might've asked this before but never got a clear answer. I want to make a second level in my glass aquarium but I don't know how!

Use small sections of PVC pipe to support cardboard levels. You can even use the pipes for tubes if you lay them on thier sides, instead of on their ends.

I think if you look at a habitat thread over in gerbil's, someone has a picture of doing that for thier aquarium. I'll look and see if I can find the pic.
