I've done a lot of research on food, and realize that wet food is definitely the best option for my cat. I was feeding her Nutro Natural Choice wet food, and she seemed to like it alright at first. Now, she refuses to touch the stuff. She smells it, and then just walks away. I'm almost certain she would starve before eating it! She eats her dry food just fine though. I tried all different flavors, and even mixing her dry food with it. She still won't eat it. So, I tried Blue Spa brand from Petsmart, and she won't touch that either. I wanted to try the chicken soup food for her, but I can't find it anywhere locally. Plus I'm on a budget, and this seems to be a bit pricey online. Anyone else have a picky cat? What kind of food did you finally get him or her to eat?
Thanks! :)

Some cat's just don't like wet food. If they have always had kibble from the time they were a kitten they're not to sure what wet food is. Some will eat it and some just pick at it and walk away.
I have always fed both to my cat's but my female prefer's dry food; buying her wet just seems to be a waste of money since they are on different diets. She comes running when the can is opened, will eat it the first day and then wants nothing to do with it again for like a week. It doesn't matter what I buy she feels the same about all of them.
Sorry, I wasn't to helpful on how to get her to like wet food, just wanted you to know your not a lone and that some cat's just plain don't like it.

You can keep offering the wet food she might eventually like it, or your can exclusively offer wet food for a couple days and nothing else. She might get hungry enough and eat it.
However, your cat just might not like wet food, as strange as it sounds it happens.
My 3 on the other had would take raw or wet over kibble any day.
Cheers!

I'd say just try different brands..my cats are the opposite..they like wet food a lot better than dry. But, your cat can still get proper nurtition just by eating dry food. Try giving your cat wet food maybe once a week and see if that works. Best of luck:)
