For a start, the survival rate of a neon tetra would be about 5 minutes.
Plus the tank would be too small. Unfortunately, there aren't really any fish that can fit comfortably in a 6 gallon tank. A 10gal is really the minimum, although a 20 would be much better.

Ive got an occasional Asian Tiger in the store before.. they are very cool, with lots of personality.. Ive been able to feed them krill and silversides off out of my hand before.. :)
It's not wise to put any smaller fish in with them (guppies, tetras, etc.) I have however been able to keep them with most cichlids.

I said I have had success keeping them with cichlids.. not all people will. And yes, I think cichlids will eat crustaceans. I think as long as there are lots of hiding places and the cichlids are HUGE.. they will be fing.. like I said, I might be wrong.
Most of the Asian Tigers i've gotten in the store have never been smaller than 5 inches, and most the cichlids in the store are small.. around 1-3 inches. so I don't think they can pick off a lobster that big.. I may be wrong.
