hmm. look at the horse's outside shoulder. when it goes back toward you, you sit down. When it goes forward, you go up. If you are on the lunge line, you have more time to focus on that. Tell your teacher what you want to do before you do it.
tell me more about what you are doing in your lessons!

well you certainly have a talented teacher when she starts teaching you extended and collected walks, along with serpentines!!!
anyways,
what does your teacher say about it?
you will get it eventually... just be patient.
tell me about your horse!

I find sitting trot really hard, even harder than canter or jump(I love both!!) my butt still jumps up and down, and I lot of times i mess up on my diagonals when doing posting, it takes time, your muscles will develop more, and u will find it easier every time u do it.

Oh I know i am soo bad on diagonals... I have to look down to get them. Then I am just fine, in fact i enjoy it.

well the horse i've been riding for the past 3 weeks is really old, and I mean really old, he keeps tripping over rocks and tree roots, he even trips 100 times when were riding in arena, where there arent any rocks. and he cant trot, no matter what, even if I constantly use crop, its hopeless, and of course he cant canter either. So I asked my teacher to switch me to faster horse, like Doc this Appallosa, that I dearly love, he is soooooo sweet, he will never put his ears back, whenever i brush him or wash him, he is soo patient or maybe Bayman(but he's kinda sensitive)

what do u consider to old? the mare that I ride is 22 and she is still as lively as she was when she was 8. so you can't blame laziness on old age.......

no he is old, he's like 30, but he's also lazy which makes it even harder.
