Hi,
My name is Jessie and I am a prevet student at a univeristy in MA. I love all animals and have worked in various settings such as a zoo, clinic and shelter. I wish to specialize in shelter medicine once I become a DVM. Well, enought about myself.
Right now I have a huge setup for my 5 hermit crabs (all PP) and would love to provide a home for any number of hermies that can no longer be taken care of. I have a separate ISO tank, and my large tank includes a second level, both fresh and salt water and a variety of substrates, climbing nets, walls and hiding spaces. I have all the proper heating elements
and have experienced successful molts. The temp and humidity remain constant at 75-80 degrees and 75-80%. My hermies receive a variety of fresh foods and are bathed on a regular basis. My family shares their home with 3 dogs (2 adopted), a snake, 2 birds, hamsters and fish. I've always had a soft spot for hermies and am willing to take in any # and breed in the Boston or NY area. I am also an approved adopter with the Crab Street Journal. Thanks!
