start up capital

What is avg needed start up capital for a petstore? I'm thinking supplies + reptiles, fish and possibly birds. I like the idea of offering pets that need adoption too, but my largest interest is fish. I've kept and bred many over the past few years and really enjoy that part.

I'm just interested in hearing what y'all started with or plan to start with.
