Hello,
I have a Quaker Parrot now. I am thinking about getting a Green Cheek Conure.
Does anybody have those 2 birds?
Just wandering how those 2 would get along? My Quaker is such a sweet guy. I have heard that if you have 2 birds, they will either argue or they will bond with each other.
Thanks,
Valerie

I think they should get along pretty well i used to have a White Eyed Conure in the same cage with a Cockatiel and they got pretty bonded to each other after a whyle even the conure was always scratching the cockatiels head with its beak and when i tryed to take the Cockatiel out the Conure started screaming untill i put it back but they should get along if you give them enough time.

hmm, I dont know, it might not work, why cant u get same type of bird? u can try introducing the birds if they seem to like each other, I guess its fine, I myself have a keet who is friends with my lovebird, at first they fought violently so I seperated them, but now they kiss each other. So it all depends, I dont reccomend it, if u buy a bird, and then u cant return it, if something wrong happens...

I'M NOT SURE IF YOU COULD PUT THOSE TWO KINDS OF BIRDS TOGETHER! I HAVE TWO COCKATIELS AND ONE PARAKEET THEY ALL GET ALONG FINE THEY SHARE THEIR PLAYPEN AND A HUGE CAGE TOGETHER I EVEN CAUGHT MY GREY COCKATIEL GROOMING MY PARAKEET A FEW TIMES. AND THE FUNNY THING IS THAT THE TWO COCKATIELS JUST MET MY PARAKEET A WEEK AGO TODAY BUT THE GREY COCKATIEL STARTED GOOMING THE PARAKEET THE FIRST DAY I BROUGHT HIM HOME!!! I THINK THAT IT ALL DEPENDS ON BOTH THE BIRDS' PERSONALITIES. I THINK THE BEST THING TO DO WOULD TO BE TO PUT THEM IN SEPERATE CAGES BESIDE EACH OTHER. WELL I HOPE I GAVE YOU SOME GOOD INFO GOODLUCK AND GOODBYE FOR NOW!!:angel6:
