i still can't believe she's gone. i feel like my heart is on the floor. i knew her life would be significantly shorter due to her defect and i wasn't sure how old she was to begin with. i don't know what could have happened. my mother and i were both playing with her earlier in the night and she didn't seem like herself. her breathing was a bit heavier and she seemed to be getting tired. we chalked it up to her being awake too early and took her back to her cage. she took her treats, gave us kisses and burrowed herself away in her bed. when i went to bed myself i opened her door to say goodnight as always and she didn't come out or peek out. i knew something was wrong. i opened her house and found her sleeping peacefully. i don't think she suffered.

i can't believe how much i miss her. she was the sweetest ham i've ever had the pleasure of being owned by. i hope she knows how much she meant to me. :(

you poor thing I'm soo Sorry. She was so lucky to have someone as great as you literally rescue her from a lifetime of being unable to sell living in a pet store

I can't believe it. I just can't. I am so sorry, she was a wonderful ham. It must have just been her time. She loved you more than you could ever know and trust me she knew what you did for her.
