It is ILLEGAL to buy a sugar glider from outside PA if you live in PA. You need to research the laws in PA. Owning gliders in that state is touchy. Some say they are illegal all together.

i find homes for gliders an im not saying i condone anything im saying if i find a good home dosent matter what state there in im finding good homes

A good home is not one in an illegal state...especially PA. There have been far too many tragic stories of the government taking away illegal pets there...and they do do it.

But the person said they were moving...hopefully that would be out of the state of PA.

I have a female for sale I'm in Michigan if your interested, I do ask lots of questions of prospective buyers but I'm not against selling to a new owner if they know what they are doing. We were all new at one time.

It has been covered that in PA they are legal to have but cannot come in from another state [so it would be illegal for you to sell them to her as they would have to cross states].

Yes that is indeed what I've heard HandcuffedAngel but I've also heard stories behind it.

Apparently, with some people, all sugar gliders (and hedgehogs...that's when I was researching this stuff) were originally brought in from outside the state, and so therefore, all exotics are now illegal.
