my grandmas old cat died about 15 months ago and the family decided to get a new cat. My Dad took charge, buying a cat online and taking her at 7 months old just spayed to my grandparents, it has been a year since then and she is just a lil meanie. She has gotten really fat, never seems to play, eats way too much, hides all the time, never exercises and now she is hissing and attacking. she is spoiled and I could tell by my first look that she is a mean brat. My grandparents might give her away, but I am worried about her bad attitude and not being social except to a few people: my dad and granda(who has many cuts from her). what can I do to help my grandma!?

Discipline, get a spray bottle and fill it with water, when it does something bad, squirt it!

I agree with the spray bottle, I also use a clicker to get their attention. As far as the eating problems you may want to try scheduled feedings as oppossed to having a bowl sitting out.

seems last month I said about the same thing and dominating the cat, taking away her toys for a certain amount of time and she seems alot nicer. today I went to cook at my grandmas house and cleaned her up, claws clipped and a bath, she hated it but was calm enough but afterwards she was so nice. she even let me rub her belly :D so it seems my grandma took what I said to heart and it worked out :)
