The difficult thing about buying stuff online is that you don't know if it will fit correctly. Field boots should be very tall and fit closely. I always had custom ones made because I have very skinny calves and a long leg. I couldnt get any to fit me. An option that you might want to try is getting semi-custom boots. They aren't custom through the foot, but custom fit to your calf. I've never heard of that brand before, so i can't tell you anything about quality. The leather should be stiff at first, but break in and eventually be baby soft. You want some reinforcement in the inside calf area, where most of your leg comes into contact with the stirrup and side of horse. Get zippered backs if you can, makes it so much easier to get them off after riding a long time.
