My hammy got eye problems due to the bedding (pine) so I need some new bedding - any suggestions?

Get "Carefresh" bedding definetly, there can be NO alergeic reactions because it is only recyceled paper. It's very safe.
Good luck!

The corncob stuff is nice. I only keep it in CS's carry cage out of economy- it doesn't strow in other people's houses like the Aspen. I don't care for the carefresh- it stinks worse than other things when they pee on it, in my opinion. But the idea of recycled is always good.

Here's a link to the corn cob stuff

I've been told that Aspen is the best bedding.

Well I would say Aspen is the best kind of bedding. It's real wood and makes them feel more in natural environments. They also will chew on little peices of it too. I think it's the best in my most honest oppinion.

I would have to say All Pet Pine. It lasts 4 times longer! It looks like pellets . ( Sold at any petstore. )
