beautiful horse!!! i love horses and have grown up around them. i would get rid of the barbed wire. in the second pic it looks like the horse may have a cut (or two) on it from the wire as it is.

The fencing is wire except for one line on top that is barb wire. The 'cut' on his neck is a piece of dead skin. I am not crazy about barbed wired but it's not my decision. To the best of my knowledge Storm has never been hurt by the wire.
