working at the petstore.

Somebody can hire me to work at the petstore. There is mostly fish, they have turtles, crawfish, sometimes cats, sometimes hamsters,snakes, hermit crabs, salamanders, lizzards, and other little critters. I am able to work there but how do I convince my mother it will help me in school other than pets. I also might work as the casheir.

If you'll work as the cashier it's simple; It helps you with math. :D It'll also help you learn responsibility, which is important both in school and as you get older. But the math angle seems to do the trick for most parents. XD

Well at first I won't be working as cashier but may later. I say things like that but she says wait till you get older. Well she says if I really want to work. Well I must finish my homework first then I can go to work so I have to do my homework ahead of time. It may be just every saturday or sunday I work. She'll get mad though when she finds out that I'm the one that knows about everything of the pets and telling the people how to take care of them. She'll say that I just fill my head with pets when I could get better marks in school and go to university and get a very high pay job. Well she'll probably let me though.
