I have just noticed that my daughters hamster has really enlarged testicals. This has just happened over the past few days. Does anyone know what might be wrong???

call a vet... it might just be the hamster...

What kind of hamster? Syrian or dwarf? I would call your vet, and ask him/her what they think.

The testicals enlarge every once in a while, it's a normal thing, they can come out more and go back in, it isnt an infection and it's nothing to worry about.

if your hamster is a baby it could just be them dropping correct place... if you are worried rcall a vet... and keep an eye out for any pus or anything... and check they arent tender or painful for him but. if one is more swollen than the other it is possible cause for concern but Tia said sometimes they enlarge, just like sometimes females go into heat really noticably

They are also more noticable when it is warmer. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

but to be on the safe said id ask a vet,that would make me feel much better as i worrie about anything/everything.

Ask a vet about testicals dropping...I'm sorry but you are really a worry wart about everything! Testicals drop and then they can enlarge more or go back to a smaller size, it depends on quite a bit and over the years experience I've had there has never been a case with a hamster having a tumor in his testical or testicular cancer. They are perfectly fine, stop making people worry!

My sisters hamsters testicles are really large too! lol, it's hilarious.

You probably don't have anything to worry about, hamsters testicles are larger when they're warm or relaxed.

hmm... I know syrian boys' ones are visible, but if its a dwarf you might have something to worry about.

Lol your wrong im just saying if they are worried then a vet would be better than they would know.Yeh i know they get bigger/smaller etc but still.
A vet knows more than us on here.so if it makes people feel better then do it.
