well i just got my gerbils about a day ago and in the petsotre they didnt have an exercise wheel available so then when i brought them home one of them jumped righ ton it instantly it was weird but he goes super fast on it and i mean really really fast he went so fast that he flew off im so scared for him i took it out i dont want him to hurt himself the other gerbil runs on it at a normal speel but my other one is crazy on it!! i dont know what to do.:(

Hehe one of mine did that. He would run realy realy fast and then suddenly stop. Scared the life out of me the first time i saw him do it, he'd just flip inside the wheel.

Luckily he learnt his lesson and after a few days, he's now never done it again. :)

wow i think mine did too because today i havnt really heard or seen him do that..except ive only had themm for like 3 days so they are still alittle bit skitterish when i enter the room but today i got both oth them to climb upon my hand and eat a sunflower seed i was so happy!

one of my gerbils does that but hes ben doin it since my bro got him and gave it to me but i thought it was funny :)
