How many Sunflower seeds to give????

I was wondering how many sunflower seeds can i give a day to stop my young gerbils from getting fat?

Ummmm I'm not sure about how many you are supposed to give, but I usually give them about 3 or 4 a day. If its a pumpkin seed or peanut, maybe only one or two.

Yeah, i give mine 3-4 a day, no more. If its peanuts, then 2 at most. :)
