I have a tiger oscar he is a tad over an inch I have had them in the past but this beats them all he has exceleent personality whenever I go near the tank he comes right to the top of the tank for fiid even though he will not get none till supper time he can tell when some one else is at the tank like when I told my sister to come and look at him when she stuck her head next to the tank and stayed there till she left then the second she left he came right out and to the top of the tank again and he has lots of friends like his buddy the black molley hopfully when he gets bigger he will not eat his friend lets hope he remembers that they are friends.

Just out of interest, what size tank do you have?
I'm sure the molly will be fine for the moment, but you might need to separate them- even if they are friends :( . I ate my friend once.

Oscar will eat his molly 'friend' as soon as he is big enough to get it in his mouth i'm afraid.

Well...I've never consumed one of my friends, but not all fish go by the "fish are friends not food" motto. Oscar's probably going to pull a Hannibal Lecter sooner than later.

In the end, it doesn't matter if he's so much aggressive as he is hungry.
