that's my lil fellas, the yellow the newest bought today, the blue I've had since Feb and the Red is a couple of weeks with me now

I'm a student in a shared house, the other pets here consist of my community tank (Plec, Tetra, Gourami, Cories and Shrimp... is a big tank)

at home I have 2 dogs, a lab and a spinger spaniel

Punky....she/he explained that in the IBC thread..."My eldest fish is in a 5 gallon, he hated his 10 gallon. He was from the LFS that gave them 2ft (10 gal) tanks but in my 10 gal on his own he slumped in corner and was pale, listless and sickly. He had loads of hidets/planting etc but he wouldn't leave his corner.
In his 5 gal he is bright and active, has a huge bubblenest and is feisty, attacks his food with vigor

my other two are currently in 3 gallon tanks for quarentine"

She/he is in good shape ;) They are also in UK, I think they have a 5 gallon law anyway....something like that!

we don't have any laws as such, but if you are reported to RSPCA and they think that the conditions are unbearable they will remove the fish... however the petshops I visit will actualy refuse to sell fish to you if you don't have the right tank for them + heater etc though not all are like that, that's why I use them

all the pics I take are with my camera phone! they are the best of a bad lot
