I highly encourage the moderators to make an invertebrate forum. There is an increasing number of people on the boards who keep tarantulas, mantids, millipedes, etc. By creating this forum, not only will invertebrate owners be able to discuss things, it will also attract more people to PetsHub. It may not seem like it, but invertebrate hobbyists are very abundant, being one I can say this easily. I know there is an "Other Animal" forum, but that isnt good for attracting hobbyists' attention. Besides, invertebrate questions/posts would be swamped over by other more popular posts like "outrageous facts" and more common questiojns that most members can answear. How much trouble can ONE extra forum be anyhow? I'll even volunteer to moderate it myself. Im in these forums ALL THE TIME, EVEN AT SCHOOL. I would be dedicated to it, I am an extreme enthusiast and it would be a pleasure to moderate the extra forum. It would be much better to have an extra forum like this, I see people float in to PetsHub all the time who own scorpions, tarantulas, spiders, cockroaches, millipedes, centipedes and more. Please, deeply consider this.

Edit:
It would also be a perfect place for herp owners who have questions regarding care and information on live invertebrate prey items such as crickets, mealworms, waxworms, roaches, etc.

i dunno about the prey thing...that's like saying the rat forum is a good place to ask about snake food!!
Unless people are not as attached to their invertebrate like ratty owners!!
Just me though!

Its different then F/T rats, haha. People take care of their prey items like they take care of their hamsters. They make sure they are healthy and well taken care of so they can contain the proper nutrients the predator will need to obtain from them during it's feeding.
Also, would you know how to contact the mods directly?

Yup, us herp keepers got to make sure our prey items are in perfect health, so our reps stay in perfect health!
I, personally, think it would be a pretty good idea. There would be a good amount on that forum. I think invertebrates are pretty cool, so I might be there sometimes, espcially owning crickets I need to make sure they are gut loaded and healthy for my Leos. And I don't really think it would offend anyone.

The only way to really contact them is to click on the link at the bottom. "Contact Us" and see if they will contact you back.
