Alright I have a female that is around 5 months old and she sometimes still cries at night. Is this normal and whats the reason for it?

Also is there something different that you should be feeding a pregnant female? Right now I am feeding them the BML diet which as far as I know is alright

I can't answer the first question but i can answer your second one...

I feed all my pregnant females every night... BML, Veggies, Yogurt, fruit, and about 3 or 4 mealworms.... A lot of people don't feed the way that i do but all of the females will eat all the BML and will also eat the yogurt an will eat a little bit of the veggies.... My mealworms are mixed into my yogurt so that is why they eat that up..

Is it like a barking sound? If she is barking then yes it is normal, all gliders do it. They are usually calling another glider or calling you.

For the pregnant female, give her extra protein such as mealworms or chicken(whatever you use for a protein source) and probably a little extra BML.

No I'm pretty sure it is crying. I have checked on websites that have the sounds they make a few times. My male use to do it when he was a joey and I first got him. Who knows, she weird anyways :)

With the BML diet u dont need to feed anything extra but maybe 1-2 mealies extra.

My male is 1 1/2 years old and the father of 4. He still does this, in fact, he did it at 3 AM this morning. I have discovered it is because he wants me to come in and say hello.

To get him to shut up, I literally have to open the cage, let him crawl on me, then he runs back in the cage and goes to sleep. What a child!!!!!!! I really must break him of this habit, but I know he just wants my attenion.

Aww. My girls bark, but I have not heard them cry. Probably an attention issue like Camel said.
