Haha ... cute!

I don't think I've ever seen a Run-About inside of the cage before.

Thats a good idea for a bed. I have a mouse sized one I don't use anymore since it has a hole the mice can get out of on it.,.,I am going to try it as a bed!

That's an interesting cage, too. What kind of cage is that?

It's rotastak!, I know lots of people don't particularly recommend them, but our hams seem to love them, and there's alot of it,the run-abouts are for dwarf hamsters, so obviously our Syrians couldn't use them! What to do? take the lid off and use it as an extra hidey hole:-) They all have one and have all at some point or another used them as a bed!
I've posted these before, but just to give you an idea of their housing:-)

Oh, yes! Okay ... I have seen your cages before. They're so neat!

I'm lazy and have too many animals so I don't think I'd ever want to clean those Lolz!

By the way, what kind of bedding are you using?

It's dust extracted softwood shavings! We have it shipped over as the only shop here that sells shavings, is not only expensive but I'm fairly sure it's pine!
The woman at the place where we get this recommended it, and we don't seem to have had any problems, but now that you ask, it doesn't actually say on it which softwood shavings it is!!!! Mmmmmm........ think I might have to look into that one!!!

It looks like pine, which is why I asked ...

I hate it when they don't label it with what it is.

Great cages! I would love to have tubes attaching cages all over my room, but I have cats.. and I have already had several incidents where mice and hamster got out. Actually, yesterday I had attached Moozilla (mouse) cage to a bin..and it was perfectly fine, I had no worries. I woke up and found that Teddy my cat was carrying him in his mouth..Hes fine though, Teddy didn't use his teeth for some reason, he was just carrying him around.

My cat Heidi used to get my hamsters out back when I had like 12 [babies!] and she would just carry them out of my room and then set them down and play with them. Lolz!

She's really weird. However, she goes right for the rats. Crazy cat.
