fish-safe paint?

I have here a very beautiful realistic aquarium castle that I would like to put in my friends' aquarium, but the paint has came off of it and reveals ugly pink plastic.
Any ideas of paint that would be waterproof and safe for fish?

I dunno anything on the paint thing, but im pretty sure most of it is toxic so i would suggest buying another castle or something. Besides paint and the new castle would prolly cost the same amount ( bout 5-10 bucks). If it was me, i would just get another castle (ones that don't wear in color).
