You know the bettas in wal-mart. Well I'm not sure if other wal-marts changed but now I go to a wal-mart at this place and they've got bigger cups. Well the cups are still too small but they are better than before. The bettas have more space to swim. And also they thake good care of them. I did buy a nice betta from wal-mart. I looked at the other fish and they did take good care of them. 3 or less goldfish in each tank thing. Which was good.

wal-mart here stopped selling all fish :D they even stopped selling hermit crabs :D but they used to have the tiny tiny cups where the betta could barely turn around in it.

I've never seen wal-mart selling hermit crabs. But they still sell fish.

My prettiest veiltail betta came from Wal-Mart... when I bought him, he was all gray.

Also, A few weeks ago, I went to my local Wal-Mart, and there was a male betta and a female betta in the same cup together  Big No-no! The female was so small compared to the male, too... She was all beat up and everything... So I found an empty betta cup in the sink, and poured the female and half of the water into the empty cup. I figured an employee would notice that the water was low, and fill the cups up. But I came back about a week later, and the male was gone, but the female was still in the extremely shallow water. So I had to go get an employee and tell them to refill the cup.
