my poor cat got knocked down 2 days ago and has broken her leg in two places and has been put on cage rest for 6- 8 weeks. she is on metacam for the duration and hopsefullt this will work or she will need it amputated. can anyone offer me any advice or recomend anything i can do to help her i feel so useless ie how can i tell when she is in pain? obviously she is under the vet and i can ask the vet questions but i have been a member of petshub for a year now with my degus and have always had really helpful advice many thanks:(
