my ham family - complete at last :)

hiya

thought i'd show off the pics of my ham family and their homes - 1 argente dwarf (mitsy), 1 satin dwarf (pepper) and one furry golden (with sideburns) syrian (called ferret)! RIP squeaky, pepper's sis, my lovliest little ham ever, who died at 8 weeks old of a rectal prolapse. i still mis her so much :(

misty was the most evil and aggressive little thing i've ever met (though very pretty). since moving her to a bin cage instead of two rotastak kidney cages she has become the lovliest ham ever! she comes running out to play, and licks me if i taste of food instead of drawing blood! so sweet! im even allowed in her nest (as long as i bring sunflower seeds lol). i guess she just took a bit longer to tame than my other hams as she was older when i got her.

thanks :) squeaky had a cage the same too, before she passed on. i love making their cages and watch their little faces light up as they explore!
yup benson is cute, parents had to go all the way to wales for him. they could only find puppy mills in england, so they called the irish wolfhound society to find a good breeder, and had to be interviewed by the owners first, which i think is good. pity i live far away from them though, he chews me a lot when i go home lol!
