Well I posted that I got a kitten Thursday and I am a little concerned b/c earlier today he had like a water poo and now he just had diareah. I am feeding him wet and dry cat food and KMR because he is young. I think he might have worms since his mom was feral and I will be getting him de-wormed this week anyways. Should I be concerned or could it be something more serious. He is still eating and drinking a lot so I dont think he is dehydrated.

It may just be stress from the move to a new home, but with such a small kitten, I wouldn't chance it. Try to get him into the vet monday at the very latest. If you call up now and get him in today it would be even better. Worms, URI and diarrhea in a very young kittens = vet ASAP.

I'd say it's from switching his food but yes a vet trip would be good.

Make sure you avoid using any wet cat foods that are on the recall list. I would get him to the vet asap. especially since he is so young
