Almost 6 years ago, I was suffering from severe depression and have to admit, I contemplated, plus so very nearly comitted suicide, but being a Spiritualist that I am, I was 'Prevented' from carrying out this deed.
I sought Professional help and was advised to get myself a dog, in order to get out more. Knowing a local kennels that had 'Rescued' dogs there, I went along to see what they had in need of a new home and saw a few lovely dogs there, falling in love with one almost instantaniously. Sadly, because I lived in a flat, I could only re-home the one, but this dog had a mate and they HAD to be re-homed together. Next door, there was a smooth-haired and sad looking Jack Russell. I asked to see what he was like and as soon as he was 'released' from his pen, he made straight for me, making a lot of fuss and so the very next day, 'Rusty' became mine and I still have him today and so hence the question, Who Rescued Who?
