Hey, just curious ;)

How much did it cost to get your kitty neutered/spayed, are they male or female and how old were they? ;)

Both my male cats were neutered June 8th, 2005 so they were both 1 year and 2 months old at that point. It cost $24 per cat at my local low cost spay/neuter clinic. They did a wonderful job and I had absolutely no issues.

I just got a female kitten 2 weeks ago so she will be spayed within the next few months but honestly I have no idea how much it will cost because I am in a totally different state and I have yet to call around.

Female cats usually cost slightly more to spay because a hysterectomy is a more invasive procedure then a simple neuter.

with our low cost program here its $35 for females to get spayed and $25 for males to get neutered. Vets around here are more if you dont go through the program though. But it varies from state to state or even from town to town. If your worried about money try and find a program thats cheaper.
