Well, i've been working at so many pet shops/shelter/etc around my local area. Well about 5 minutes ago I got a letter from a place called Regals Reptiles, to become a caretaker for the animals. That's feeding, cleaning up after, and caring for the animals there. This place is in Providence, Rhode Island. Now i've been to this place before. It's a reptile/amphibian zoo, but everything is for sale. I've loved this place for so long, I got there often and everything.
I'm just a bit sketchy of if I should or not. The main reason is they have illegal animals. Such things as Komodo Dragons, Anacondas, Alligators/Crocodiles, etc. They say they aren't for sale, but they sell them off to anyone who asks. There isn't a 'not for sale'/'for sale' sign on the illegal animal cages, but they ARE for sale. I'm just afraid some type of authority will find out, and close the place and fine the workers/owners.
This place is great other than that. They have great conditions for the animals, and they aren't abused in anyway. They also have a hatchery which i've been into. They hatch such eggs as crocodile, frogs, and even giant tortoises.
Should I take the job?
