HI friends,
I am having looked all over the internet to find dog dresses and can’t find anything. I know they must sell them because I see ppl on ebay selling the cutest dog dresses and that’s the kind I want to make. If anyone has any idea where I can find any please reply. It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

any what, a pattern? or the actual dress.
I'm not sure where you looked but you can google "dog dress" or "dog dress patterns" or "free dog dress patterns" or try ebay with different phrases. Your post is a little confusing since you mention you've found dresses but are looking for them. sorry if i sound confusing..lol

my sister has a bunch of patterns we bought for her.

No offense but that seems kind of stupid... It seems like it would be very uncomfortable.

Hello,
My puppy Sadee loves to be dressed up!!! She is so cooperative! Never fusses! She wears hoodies in the winter, her pink sweater on Valentine's Day and gets a new Halloween costume every year! I know an online stores http://www.moondoggieinc.com exclusively for dogs. There is lot of things for our puppy like t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, neckwear, furniture, dining, toys and paw wear with good price. You can get there all things for your puppy.

Now that's its summer Teddie doesn't wear his t-shirts, but Fall, Spring,Winter he will. I make his shirts, harnesses, etc.

I've bought tons of patterns at Joans for .99 when they went on sell. They usually go on sale once a months or so.

Some patterns are easier than others, but once you buy the material a lot of the times it comes out to about the same as if you bought one off of Ebay.

Do you know how to already sew?

If you do then it shouldn't be a problem, but I've gone through a lot of material when figuring out what to do before the final product is made.

I think it's cruel to dress dogs and cats and any other animal in clothes. Though some are OK they are never as comfy and if you let them be nice and relaxed. An expert showed this:

"Dog dresses, cat jumpers, and more are something I practically spit on. They are stupid and yes if you want to show them then slip on a comfy, outfit for the show, then please, please, keep them content and take it off! I think it is very stupid and we did a research of the amount of people that like it (20%) and ones that don't (80%). If you are a good dog owner you will know that it isn't something to say animals LIKE as they hate it, most of them. NEVER try dress a bigger dog, it's clearly unfair and if you put it on tight at their back end, this can cause pain and even having to get put down. NEVER dress a cat either unless you use the store PaMpEr PeTs which is made by professionals with at least five years of training and remember, don't leave it on forever."

I agree, personally, with this guy. I can't remember his name though hehe. Anyway I wouldn't recomend it but if you want to buy something good and professional like this 'Pamper Pets' thing.

This is all a matter of your opinions. To say it's ok if you buy clothes that are 50-70 dollars is ok, but anything you make or buy at a cheaper price it stupid and cruel is BS. Even to say it can cause them so much pain they must be put down.. how could you agree with this person? Reading through what you posted just made him look as if he doesn't know a think about a living animal.

Think if someone told us humans if we tried on a pair of pants that were to tight we'd have to be put to sleep. Now how silly does that sound?

I have nothing against people that don't agree with dressing an animal, but to call it stupid and cruel is completely different.

Although that's just my two cents.

The only reason is it makes it less easy to handle their weight and they go a bit mad in pain.

Our Shepard, now dead, was put down because of that. Not because of wearing things just couldn't take his weight.

Lol yes an animal can be in pain from a weight issue. Wearing clothes, if fitted correct, they aren't in pain.

And no dog should get so over weight they have to be put down from the pain.
