We got the place!

We got the 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that we wanted. We just found out this morning, I am so excited! We are moving outta here on September 15th so I am going to be getting boxes tomorrow so that I can start packing now. I absolutely love this new place, its in a great location of town and petsmart and petco are just right up the street :)

We really needed a larger place with the baby coming at the end of October. We are already kinda squished in this 2 bedroom condo.. the new place has a larger Square footage so is bigger all around and there is so much more closet space and storage so there will be plenty of room for all of us.

Well I just wanted to let everyone know how excited I am about getting the new place hehe

Oh I wish! They definitely aren't that big. But in this place they will get to play in the entire place instead of in just one room from what I saw. I was only there for like 30 mins one time so I didn't get to get down on the floor and really look around. I think the landlord would have thought I was strange if I did that lol But from the looks of it they should get the living room to play in.

Congratulations.
Before you move your stuff in you should take pictures of the place so we can see just how awesome it is. :p It sounds like my cousins town house that her and her parents lived in before they bought their house, except theirs was two bedrooms, her bedroom was about the size of your average house bedroom and her parents bedroom was almost concidered Really big.

I just hope that doesn't mean more pets....(?:).....

No more pets for awhile because of the baby being here in 2 months. I do not want to add more to my plate right now. I will already have my hands full with the pets I have now plus a newborn baby.

Sure once we get over to the place I will take some pics.

I also wanted to say that I love this place because it doesn't have boring white walls. They are a sort of beige color or that off white color that is popular now. I am so tired of boring white walls.

We probably won't be going over there until sometime in September though. We are going to focus on packing 1st and they won't hand us over th keys until we give them the $1850 which is no problem really but it won't be till the 2nd week of September that they get the full amount.

Rat- This is my very first baby so I do not have any other children besides my fur kids :) So yes the baby is getting his own room which I cannot wait to set up and decorate.

Well we just signed the lease agreement today and they did want a small pet fee of only $150 which is no problem whatsoever, thats nothing in my opinion when most places I have called wanted $300-$500 per pet PLUS a monthly pet rent fee which was anywhere between $15-$35 per pet every month so I feel like we lucked out.

We will be doing a walk through of the property to make sure all appliances work and making sure there is no existing damage (which there shouldn't be since the place was just totally redone so is essentially new) on the 14th and then we will be handed over the keys that same day. We will be moving that entire weekend.

Its going to be hectic! Ever since I have been married which has been 4 years now I haven't lived in one place for more than a year lol We signed the lease for a year at this place so we will be stuck there unless we want to lose our $975 deposit which we don't.

I am VERY excited but at the same time dreading it. We have so much to pack and only 2 weeks to do it all in. I will be doing most of it though since my hubby works during the week.

Oh and do not worry there will be loads of pics of Alexander when he is here :) I am getting more and more anxious for his arrival every day.

I will try and get pics on the 14th before we move our stuff in, we do not get the keys until then so I can't go there until that day.

Well I do not think I will be able to get pics before we move our stuff in since we are getting the keys on Friday and moving all our stuff in that day.

I am pretty excited but dreading taking apart the ferret and glider cages and then having to put them right back up *sigh* oh well.
