I basically took a paralyzed mouse from my cat. It walks with his front feet like nothing is wrong. Will I be able to save him? Any help would be really useful.

well some small animals have strokes that paralyzes their back legs and some do survive and carry on normal lives. but if your cat bit the spine and that's why it's paralysed then it probably wont.
it's up to you what to do with it. i know it's horrible to see an animal suffering, but it wont be happy kept in a cage if it's wild, and it probably wont survive in the wild.
you could keep it for a bit, see if it heals, and then release it. you'll have to make sure you dont touch it much, and keep it wild, away from people. i dont think it has much chance though.

Sadly, I agree, I'm not sure it'll live much longer.
Yeah, like pink said, if the cat bit it's spine then that's why. :[
Also my Connie brought in the cutest, baby, mouse in yesterday, sadly, it was dead.
Even if the mouse heals 99% it might still die of shock.
Don't try holding it or taking it to the vets btw.
What age is it? (Size etc.)
I wouldn't keep it too long though because it is a wild mouse. If it's a matter of weeks old then it might have been taken from it's mum.
Mikey, other cat, brought in a baby yellow hammer, straight from the nest, eyes not even open.
Anyway, best of luck, whatever you do.

How is it?
Have you released it?
And is it OK?
Or OK-ish?
Har.
Best of luck.
