Dude, I'm obsessed with this. hehe.

So in photography class today we learned how to make a photo black but with a splash of color. I love it. It's so cool! Photoshop is amazing. :3

So I just had to share my creations. Because I'm so excited about this right now. I LOVE IT. xD

Yeah, I looove it. Photography is just so much fun. (:

The sand castle was at the Greenbriar Hotel. We went there on July 4th to see the Bunker thing. They had some sand castle building contest or something. Some sand castle builder guy (hah) came and built that. It's of one of the buildings there.

The sand castle picture is my favorite. I love the mom and her little girl and son off to the side. It looks fake..like extras in the background of a movie or tv show.

aw. I never even realized that. That's so cute. (:

Like. When I was taking that picture. I was so pissed. Cause there was this family and they kept taking like 42954509485 pictures in front of it and I was like 'OMG OKAY ENOUGH'. har.

I'm not sure if I have it... I know I have paintshop Pro or something like that.

Is it free to download, or do you have to buy something? But I'd definitely love to learn! It looks so cool!

You have to buy it. If you have it I could try to explain.

Ok, thanks. I'll look into it. I possibly might have it... my brother does a lot with editing photos so we might. If we don't, I might even buy it. The pics are so cool. :D

Does it cost a lot?

Wow. So I looked up some stuff about Photoshop, and I found some that are $600+...I never knew it cost that much. is there anything for people (like me) who just want to play with photos, or do you have to get one of those high-tech ones for professional photographers?

Maybe my paintshop pro can do that to pics... I hope so.

Yeah, it's pretty expensive. hah.

There is another program I know of that is actually free. It's called Gimp. I don't really know where you download it or anything but you could google it. I've seen people do awesome stuff with Gimp.

kay... so I kinda sorta figured out a way to do it in Paintshop Pro. you have to cut it out and paste it in another picture and drag it to the correct spot... is that how you do it? If so, it's so hard.... I can't get it in the exact spot it needs to be. Grr. I imagine there's an easier way in the Photoshop one, though.

I might look into that Gimp thing. I wanna be able to do this!! Haha...

Well. In photoshop this is how you do it. Kay, open picture. Select whatever you want to stay colored. Select inverse of what you have and change that to black and white. It's pretty simple. It's probably about the same in gimp.
