...rescue in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Some people may know I am getting two baby rats soon.
Saturday, to be honest..;)
Anyway I am getting them from a breeder nearby.
She rescues.:)
So; PAWSS (Pet & Animals Welfare Support Service) gave Vicki, the breeder, two of their pregnant females.
Blossom is one, Champagne, and I am getting two babies from her.
I just thought today that I'd check out PAWSS webbie.
They have a dog, few cats, couple of rabbits, sometimes but not now mice, ditto hamsters, ditto guinea-pigs, ditto gerbils, and about 21baby chinchillas.
CHINCHILLAS!! Pet Shops can't sell them here.
It's so cool.
But I can't get one, too busy, lol.
But they have loads of rats.
Elder ones, young-ish ones, and over 50babies.
Um:eek:
*Cries* I feel so bad for people that dump the females. (they have the mums, like, over 10 and the lot of 50 are their babies) *Cries*
When I'm old enough; I want to adopt from them.
Maybe every pet I have.
It's so sad.
There aren't many rescues nearby, and my mum wouldn't let me at the moment, but it can't always be "no" - so I'm going to - and maybe volunteer for them. Or any other rescue.
I just want people to know how important it is to support rescues, how special, you may feel once you have. (helped)
