Just an Update on the Horses and I.

I'm never on here. So I just thought I'd sum up some of the things I've been doing over the past couple of months. With pictures of course. ;D

I'm not really sure where I left off. So I'll start here.

My trainer thought I'd gotten everything I could out of riding Bubba and thought I needed a new horse to ride. So I'm now leasing a Paint named Jolly. He's wonderful and I've learned so much from him so far. And I love his jump. (:

Sarge is doing good. Although he's much more rowdy and obnoxious in the winter, I've rediscovered. But we're still doing fine. About this time last year I was struggling with him just on the ground. haha. xD

And it being winter, Sarge got a new heavy blanket. And I must say he looks wonderful in it. (:

I bought myself a new saddle pad and splint boots for Christmas. This was Sarge's first time wearing splint boots. :3

And I just have to share this one. Right before I hit the ground. Saddle slid right to his belly. Stupid me didn't tighten the girth enough. And it didn't help that I was riding him in crazy winds and he was hyper as heck. xD

And as for me. I'm jumping a lot more. Learning about frames and colection and all that jazz. It's always a lot of fun for me. And in a few months I think I'm going to go school XC with the girls on Jolly. Whootwhoot. :3

Rawr thats totally not fair! haha. I'm super in love with horses but I never get to spend time with them! Like I live by a forest so I take my dog back there sometimes and there will be horseback riders and like when they go past me, they start cantering like they're trying to irritate me.

But luckily this summer I'm gonna volunteer at a horse sanctuary and help out. Yay! Maybe I'll find myself a special friend.
