Parakeet lost in cold

How long will he last. I tried getting the other parakeet to chip but he wouldn't in the cold. So then I thought to put chirping parakeet sounds out the window using speakers and it's been over an hour since we last saw or heard him and it's freezing out. :(:mad:

Im very sorry to hear about your bird, i know its a bit late but i wanted to know if you managed to find your parakeet. If you havent for your bird you could check in with your local rescue center to see if anyone has given him in. Best of luck!
