Looking for a Horse.

I'm looking for a horse in BC. Closer to Vancouver the better. Furthest I will travel is Prince George area. I am specifically looking to adopt ( please, listings of adoption centers will be helpful ). I am looking for a horse that is broke to ride. It does not have to be fully broke to ride but enough that I can be in saddle. ( I know that not all/barely any rescue horses come automatically broke ). 15.3 hh+ would be nice as I am tall.
