She use to just stand still and let me move her around but now at 9mths old she isnt willing to do it anymore, and we use shears!! so its scarey.. but i do a pretty good job and just kinda wait ever 5 min for her to be still to cut another section.. but what can i do to keep her still.. we dont use any clippers except for around the face and feet she cant stand the sound of them which only makes her jump more so we use shears. Are there any quiet clippers and I need ideas to keep her still!
Thanks!

Get her used to the sound of the clippers without using them on her. Sit with her and feed her treats, while someone else starts the clippers a bit away. As long as she's eating, she's not too freaked out by them. So, get her used to the sound without them being on her, as well as use the clippers on her, without them being started.
Try and train her a commando for staying still. Give her lots of praise when she does stand still, and don't let her get away from grooming just cause she moves. Try and learn the cues for when she's about to start moving, and stop the grooming before she does. If she starts moving after five minutes, clip for three or four minutes, give her praise and a break.
I really don't know much about grooming, but that might be a starting point at least.

bruises is right, you have to get her use to the clippers and life will be so much easier. praises and treats will help. Once she is okay will the sounds, get her use to it by rubbing the clippers along her body. Telling her it's okay and give her treats. Her someone talk to her and keep her busy. It helps with time she'll be fine :)
