Massachusetts -- Ferret(s) Wanted

Hello,
I'm looking to adopt/rescue one or two ferrets. I'd rather get a ferret that really needs a good home and would like to be spoiled instead of buying one at a pet store.

I'm an experianced Ferret owner. I've previously had 3 ferrets. -two babies that I trained, 1 rescue that was a year or two old (not sure how old he was) I miss them dearly and would like to get more!

I do know of a shelter within 1 hour driving distance, but I'd like to see if there is anyone else in need...

THank you to everyone that provided me with tips and shelter information! That was very nice of you!...

I found two ferrets that need a home. The current owners are moving out of state and can not take them with them. I'm taking 3.5 yr olds Basil and Buttercup and I'll be picking them up tomorrow!! I cant wait.. they are giving me everything.. from the cage, toys, food bowls and water bottles.. to thier copy of Ferrets for Dummies and some Ferret Magazines that they thought had helpful articles in them!! I'm also getting a carrier, and what ever food and litter and treats they have! I'm so excited!

I'M FROM RHODE ISLAND AND HAVE 2 FERRETS, 1 MALE 1 FEMALE WITH CAGE. THEY NEED A GOOD HOME, ARE YOU STILL LOOKING FOR FERRETS?

I have a ferret forum you guys are welcome to check out. Its pretty new, but we have a great bunch of people that are knowledgeable about ferrets, rescue and soforth.
