I suppose so?
We have one cat who copies our old cat and to a lesser extent his own sister.
He's a bit of a weirdo and can frequently be found following our older cat around, and when he's not flopping on his back and trying to get the older cat's attention he's often copying the older cat's poses and grooming procedures.

Most definatly. I've had a certain cat for about 3 years now and just recently got another one and my older cat's personality changed after a while from being a passive playful to more aggressive playful. My younger cat also copys how my older cat gets my attention.

It makes sense that young cats would copy the older cats. It is how they learn things about being a cat. Our kitten will always watch Waffles and clean the body part that he is cleaning on herself. It is pretty cute.

I read an article on petcentric that said not only is it possible, but it is likely that one cat's behavior will rub off on another. Specifically talked about shy cats teaching others to be shy:
