my dog loves to sleep in his kennel or on his rug when he is in the house. In winter he sleeps in front of the heater. He doesn;t really have any bizarre sleeping areas

every night my two dogs sleep in bed with me. Tia curls into my neck while Mia sleeps next to my back. This doesn't allow for very comftable sleep on my part but I just can't bring my self to kick them off the bed!!!

My dog sleaps on my bed, and he gets to sleep before me!
I swear, he snores worse than my dad! :D

My pooch found a safe haven in the bathroom when we first got her. When ever she was feeling scared, she would run into the bathroom. So, i guess that's how she started sleeping in our broken downstairs shower! We put her bed in there, and now she thinks of it as her place! When ever anyone is using the bathroom, and the door is closed, she presses her snoat up against it until it is opened. And if your doing ur hair in her "place", she must be standing right at ur feet, watching u. I find this so cute. I geuss my dad just doesn't have the heart to the shower! The odd part is, she absolutly hate's our upstairs bathroom  I love my maggie!

Aj likes to sleep in the narrow hallway, so you can't pass him, or behind your chair, so you can't get out of your seat. He likes to sleep behind you while you cook, especially if you're unaware he's entered the kitchen, so you trip over him. He also likes to block doorways while he naps.
Levi is the exact opposite. He always picked the most out-of-the-way spots. Or, he would fall asleep on your feet (footsie warmer!) while you were sitting on the sofa.
Myrl wants to sleep wherever you are. But really, he's not sleeping, he's faking it, so when you move he's aware of your actions and can follow you around.
Champ slept in his dog house. Or under the kitchen table.
Scooby slept in the chairs in the backyard. Comfy were they.

I have two dachshunds, they both sleep under the covers in bed with me every night, doxies were originally bred to hunt badgers so they are good at boroughing and they still use those instincts, sometimes my sleep suffers but it breaks my heart to put them down stairs in their own beds!!
