when can i be able to pick them up?

I read that your not supposed to touch them for two weeks. I begin holding mine right before it's time for their eyes open, though (whick is two weeks and 3 days) But I guess it all depends on your hamster, maybe if she's comfortable, you could hold them sooner, but I'd probably just wait the two weeks just to be sure she wouldn't harm them

Yes, at least two weeks.
Be careful when you do as they will try to jump right out of your hands! A trick is to cup your other hand over their noses so the whiskers feel something, that way they won;t jump. It will take weeks before they calm down enough to sit in your hand even if handled several times a day.
Separate the babies by gender at 6-8 weeks. Be sure they have good homes if you are not keeping them.
Oh, they should be able to eat regular hamster food at just over three weeks.
