Would y'all please read this over for me? I'm trying to adopt out my small animals into good homes. I'd appreciate it if you all would tell me how it is, if I should make any changes (like my adoption fee, is it too high?)here it is.

Small Animals For Adoption
I have Gerbils, Campbells Dwarf Hamsters, and a Syrian Hamster who all need good homes. I can no longer keep them. The adoption fees are as follows:
Gerbils - $10 pairs only
Campbells Dwarf Hamsters - $5 each
Syrian Hamster - $5
Gerbils are social animals and must live in at least pairs in order to live a happy, fulfilled life. The Campbells dwarf hamsters can live in pairs, but it is not necessary. The Syrian hamster MUST LIVE ALONE as they are solitary animals. If placed with another animal, syrian's will fight with them, possibly to the death. These animals are NOT snake food, so please do not use them for that, I love these animals, they are my pets. I want to place them into good homes so that they can live happy lives, I also ask that you do not have any cats. Cats are predators and will try to get at these little animals. Not only that, small animals will sense the cats prescence in the house, and this will cause stress on their little bodies. Most of these animals will be provided with their enclosures, food dishes, water bottles, and shavings free of charge. I will also provide a care sheet for each animal. You can contact me at ***-**** or my e-mail address BlueWolf9185@aol.com

Please give me feed back on this. ANd please don't think that I am giving up my animals because I don't want them anymore, or don't love them. I do want them, but I am adopting them out BECAUSE I love them. I have lost a few to cats that I own, and I don't want it to happen anymore. It's tearing me apart to be doing this, I love them and I don't want to see them go, but I think that it's better for them, and that's all I want is what's best for them. I appreciate this, thanks
