I have a question...it may be a little weird, and it may not have an answer, but, is there any way to tell how old a hamster is? I know that you could take them to the vet, but I'd rather not do that. So, is there a way??

Well, essentially, you can tell if it is a baby or an adult by it's size. Other than that, there is really no other way to tell how old it is. There is no sign that will show how many months, years, etc. a hamster has been living. What type of hamster is it? About how big is it? Those are things you need to know to determine if it is a pup or an adult. Keep in mind that siberian hamsters don't get much bigger than the "toddler" size of a syrian. Hope this helps some!
