Another Hammie poem I found...

Hamster Love

A simple ball of silky fur
What do you say a Hamster's worth?
He's worth the joy he brings to me
His eyes that shine with so much glee

His whiskers wiggle o' so sweet
He's got the cutest hands and feet
My children gaze with such delight
As he runs on his wheel at night

His pouches he so loves to pack
I named him "Hershey", cause' he's black
I love the way he stays in place
So he can quickly wash his face

I tell you, love is power-packed
Inside this guy, so small and black
I wonder what he's thinking of
This surely must be Hamster love
