I have a question...what is the difference between those two? Aside from the most obvious that one is marsupial...what is the personality difference? I have read alot about Flyers and the human bond but does the Glider bond just as stronly to its human companion?

Gliders bond pretty strongly to their owners and can be very friendly with people. It really depends on how much you put into the relationship. You get what you put in. Some have personalities that are more inclined to bond with humans and who you get your glider from and how they raise it play a huge part. Getting one from a pet store will give you a much different glider than if you were to buy from a breeder that hand tames their joeys and spends time with them.
I don't know much about flying squirrels other than I want one and they are cute rodents. They probably have different diets than a glider, but they bear many similarities to their marsupial counterpart. |
