Life as they knew it

I was a kitten, a long time ago. It was unpleasant, My mom was sick and frail, we were cramed into cages with no food, my mom ate my brother, so I could have food, one day they took our mom, and injected her with something. I cried, as they took me, I looked at the dead bodys of my brothers and sisters, and I cried some more, my sister said that we are leaving. I asked why, and she had no reply.

We were cramed into a box, and shipped though a big thing on wheels, we came to another place, with new sounds and smells, the owner of this cage said that me and my sister should be togeather, we'd "Sell faster"

Then, the human kittens came, one pulled my tail, and poured lemon in my eye, I screeched and the cage owner shoved the human kitten.

A littler girl came, she grabed my sister as she squeeled for me. She squeezed her tighter and tighter, untill she screamed. She put my sister back, and yelled at her for being mean.

That night the owner said that we would be hard to sell, so he put us half price.

My sister yelped and cried, she said to me, I feel pain deep inside, I'm gonna go, I will gonna go with momma.

I said, No, you can't, I need you, but then she fell over, and stoped breathing, she was gone.

Another human kitten came and grabed me, by the scruff of my neck, it reminded me of mom. She got a bottle and fed me, it tasted just like my moms milk, she said to me that everything would be better, and she was crying when the owner said my sister was dead.

The human kitten took me home, when I got there she held me close, not to lose, not to tight, that night, I relized we were the same. The little girl had been born in Moscow, her mom was sold to some group, her father killed. She was shiped off to the US, and put in a mental clinic, she cried every night, as did I, she saw her sister murdered, by her first home, but now she was safe and sound, as was I.

This story is deticated to my dearest friend, Margarita Render, and my kitten Charlie, who came from a basement breeder, who killed the queens, just for fun, he beat the cats, and kittens, never fed them, only wanted money. www.PETA.ORG and www.aspca.org are organizations that help abused animals, please help me keep animals safe, it's bad enough that people do it, bu soem do it for fun.

I can not understand how people who were abused themselves can abuse animals. They should knwo how it feels, how vulnarble and miserable you must feel. I wish that people would stop abusing animals, and for fun... it's so sad...
