can you take him to the vet? does he have diarreah? is he eating or drinking normally? for the eye you can take warm washcloth and try to clean it...make sure he eats and drinks-you may have to hand feed and water him-it could be many things-can you post a picture-that may be helpful-a prolapsed rectum actually kinda looks like the butt is turning inside out...maybe you can call a vet and consult over the phone-how old is he?

What kind of "sac"? is it pretty large and almost grape shaped? It could be his testicles, male hamsters have quite large ones. Also how long is his eye closed for? Some hamsters have sleep in their eye when they just wake up. Like Lil said you can wipe it with a damp cloth. A picture would be very helpful.

How old is your hamster his testicals could be coming in and could have some kind of infection! I'm not sure it was just an idea, i have a female so i dont have much experiance. Mut the wash cloth thing is also a great idea. My hamster likes taking baths, but you only put a little water in a bath or plastic box, Luke warm water and just let him splash around. I't might feel good. If he seems to be in discomfert take him out and dry him with a warm towle! Hope it helps, Get well soon!

Never never never give a hamster a bath. They don't like it, in fact its terrifying for them. Just use a wet cloth or baby wipes. They could also catch a cold if wet very easily.

You have to describe his symptoms a lot better than that for us to give you advice. Failing that, call a good hamster vet - good ones will always return the call and give advice for free.
