There was this store gas explosion, and these sisters still managed to save and evacuate the hamsters! Zoom in on the images to read or see more. Nice job by them. (From yesterday's NY Daily News).

Nice to see people who care, especially when there was a bad Petco explosion a month ago that killed some animals near NYC. Yes, Petco.

That Petco was near me! Someone has that article out on the other pet area. I am wondering if all this is happening because Jersey, PA, and New York are making all the pet stores do major updating. The lil local pet store by me may close because they cant afford all these cosmetic overhauls, and they breed all their pets, care for them, and they live above the building, and play with the pets constantly. It is a shame. Instead of cosmetics, the state should make Petco, and others care for the pets more.
